Becky Naderman is a speaker and an author who publishes under the name of R.A. Naderman. Many of her nonfiction stories have grown from her work as an occupational therapist, and most of her stories are about individuals who are often invisible to most in our society. Becky advocates for the incarcerated, and she has a passion for racial justice. Becky’s 2019 book is titled Walk With Me and it explores race, friendship, and faith. Becky grew up on a farm in rural East Dubuque Illinois, and she has a B.S. in Occupational Therapy and Psychology from Saint Ambrose University. Becky lives in Des Moines with her husband, Pat, and three children.
