Lee Towe is the founder of Pie Growers, a learning development firm focused on helping organizations grow in innovation, negotiation, and collaboration. Lee worked at the United Federal Savings Bank as Director of Product Development, and later, he left to start Innovators International, an organization focused on developing and facilitating creativity and project management training. Lee has developed award-winning online courses, and he has spoken at conferences on and prepared candidates for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. In 1992, Lee wrote a book on creative thinking titled, “Why Didn’t I Think of That?” His current work focuses on the vision and synergy needed to grow markets, improve cooperation, and seize new opportunities. He has a Master in Business Administration from Drake University. Lee lives in Des Moines.
